About This Role
Join Rosebourne Plumbing as a Senior Plumber and take your career to the next level. Work directly alongside Will Gaze on diverse, challenging projects across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire.
What You'll Do - Lead plumbing projects from start to finish - Mentor apprentices and junior team members - Handle complex installations and emergency repairs - Deliver exceptional customer service - Manage job scheduling and client communication
The Area You'll be covering beautiful locations including Andover (SP10/SP11), Marlborough (SN8), and Hungerford (RG17). Rural and village work with variety - from period properties to new builds.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or City & Guilds equivalent
- Minimum 5 years residential and commercial plumbing experience
- Full UK driving license (essential for van operation)
- Experience leading small teams and mentoring apprentices
- Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
- Availability for emergency call-outs when required
