Genuine emergencies are prioritised and attended the same day wherever possible, subject to availability. Rosebourne is one local plumber, not a call centre, so you will always be told honestly when Will can get to you.
Do you charge for call-outs or estimates?
Quotes for planned work are free. Standard attendance is £150 + VAT, which includes the first hour of labour. Emergency call-outs start from £285 + VAT, agreed before we attend.
