Requirements
- GCSEs in Maths and English (grade C/4 or above)
- Age 16-24 (apprenticeship scheme requirements)
- Enthusiasm to learn and strong work ethic
- Practical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Interest in pursuing plumbing/heating qualifications
